Iran's Climate

Iran's climate varies remarkably from north to south, east to west and these regional and climatic variations have led to colourful seasons of this land.

North of Iran, the beauty of the land between the Caspian Sea and the forest fascinates every one.

In the south, the warm water of the Persian Gulf brings happiness to its hardworking, and friendly people.

Central Iran, in the hot heart of Kevir, pomegranate trees celebrate the freshness.

In the west, the age of this old land is registered on its mountains.

A generous nature in northwest of Iran, abundant charming poppy fields among those silent mountains. Nature lives in peace.

Southeast of Iran, an ancient civilization with its desert nature. Historical monuments, silent sculptures, and tall pillars retell stories of past glories.

In northeastern Iran, life means spirituality and it mingles with saffron perfume.

In the southwest, life throbs with flow of the Arvand river.
